RSS og ophavsret

Nu har jeg set denne sag været nævnt et par gange, og den er simpelthen så absurd at jeg bliver nødt til at nævne den her også.
En amerikansk varemærke-advokat har bedt Bloglines om at fjerne hans RSS feed fra deres side, pga. han mener de er et kommercielt foretagende. Det gør han fordi han bruger en "No Commercial Use" licens fra Creative Commons.
Selvom sagen er absurd, bringer den stadig et spændende emne op i debatten. Hvem kan bruge informationer fra RSS feeds? I givet fald kunne en hvilken som helst person udgive sig for at være mig og udgive mine feeds som en del af hans eget website. Det er der intet der holder ham/hende fra at gøre. Det rejser også en spændende debat om hvor vidt CC går. Hvad siger I, danske bloggere?
